Weekly Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday INFORMATION PERTAINING TO SECURITY DEPOSIT AND PROCEDURE: Once a request for a reservation has been made we will hold it for ten days in order for the security deposit to be received by mail. A security deposit of $300.00 is required to hold weekly accommodations. This is returned after the keys have been returned to us and the condo has been inventoried and inspected for damage. The total rent is due 45 days prior to arrival. The keys will be mailed to you approximately 3 weeks prior to your arrival date along with a map of the area and some points of interest.
