INFORMATION PERTAINING TO SECURITY DEPOSIT AND PROCEDURE:
Once a request for a reservation has been made we will hold it for ten days in order for the security deposit to be received by mail. A security deposit of $300.00 is required to hold weekly accommodations. This is returned after the keys have been returned to us and the condo has been inventoried and inspected for damage.

The total rent is due 60 days prior to arrival. Approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival date an email will be sent detailing key pick up and the directions to the condo.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit is refundable, however, any cancellation within 60 days prior to the rental date will result in forfeiture of the $300.00 deposit. Any cancellation made 45 days or less will result in a full loss of rental fee.
